Why I chose this example: Tribe Digital is generating $50K+ monthly in LinkedIn leads without ads or cold emails. Their funnel converts like crazy because they focus on getting meetings booked right after opt-in.

1. THE VIDEO SETUP

What they're doing well:

  • The page starts with a green checkmark confirming the lead magnet is sent

  • "IMPORTANT" headline creates urgency to watch before checking email

  • Real person (not stock photo) builds instant connection

Potential improvements:

  • Add clear "STEP 1: Watch This 3-Minute Video" above the player

  • The headline is too wordyβ€”better cut it to something like "Watch This Video Then Check Your Email"

  • Add a play button overlay to increase video clicks

2. THE BOOKING WIDGET

What they're doing well:

  • Calendar is right there - no extra clicks needed

  • 30-minute call length is perfect (not too short, not too long)

  • Time zone detection makes booking frictionless

Potential improvements:

  • Rename "Tribe Discovery Call" to "LinkedIn Leads Strategy Call"

  • Add "$997 Value - Free" text near the calendar

  • Highlight the widget with a colored border to draw more attention

3. THE SOCIAL PROOF

What they're doing well:

  • Real faces with full names build trust instantly

Potential improvements:

  • Move one top testimonial above the booking widget
